Whether you're living with a neurological condition like Parkinson's or stroke effects, or managing a chronic illness that hasn't responded to conventional treatment — regenerative medicine is opening new areas of research and care. MyMediTour helps patients explore specialized programs abroad with experienced medical teams.
The patients we hear from most often fall into two groups. Their conditions are different — but their experience is strikingly similar.
Stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine programs are areas of active scientific research. They are not miracle cures, and not every patient is a candidate. What they offer is a different biological approach — focused on supporting the body's own repair mechanisms rather than suppressing symptoms with ongoing medication.
Specialized clinics abroad have developed structured programs that combine these therapies with rehabilitation, monitoring, and case-specific protocols — often working with patients who have already exhausted standard treatment options.
MyMediTour does not make medical claims about outcomes. All evaluations are conducted by licensed physicians at our partner facilities. Treatment suitability is determined by the treating team after reviewing your case. Results vary by patient and condition.
Not every condition qualifies for every program. Each case is reviewed individually. The list below reflects conditions our partner clinics commonly work with — not a guarantee of treatment eligibility.

Patients from the US and Europe are traveling to access regenerative medicine programs at clinics with structured protocols, experienced specialist teams, and multi-year track records in international patient care.
Cell Grand Clinic in Osaka is a specialized regenerative medicine center offering structured cell therapy programs for neurological and systemic conditions. Japan has invested significantly in regenerative research and has a regulatory framework that governs advanced cell therapies — providing patients with structured, medically supervised programs.
Memorial Hospital in Istanbul offers stem cell treatment programs through specialist teams with experience in neurological and chronic condition cases. Turkey's combination of internationally accredited facilities, experienced physicians, and significantly lower costs than the US or Europe has made it a major destination for regenerative medicine.
SwissMed Health in Limassol offers structured stem cell packages in a European regulatory environment. For patients from the US or Europe who want a Mediterranean setting with European standards, Cyprus provides an accessible option — shorter flight distances, English-speaking teams, and a well-developed international patient infrastructure.
South Korea is recognized globally as one of the leaders in regenerative medicine research and clinical application. For patients with specific neurological or orthopedic conditions, South Korean specialists have developed some of the most structured and well-documented programs available internationally — often combined with intensive rehabilitation.

Start My Free EvaluationStem cell therapy comes with a lot of claims online — some accurate, many not. Here are the questions patients ask us most, answered plainly.
The honest answer is: it depends on the condition and the protocol. Some applications have substantial clinical evidence — orthopedic cartilage repair, for example, has well-documented outcomes. For neurological conditions, the evidence is more emerging — showing promising signals in research settings and patient-reported improvement, but not yet universally confirmed in large randomized trials. That's why we emphasize case-by-case evaluation rather than blanket claims. We don't promise outcomes — we help you understand what's available and whether it's medically appropriate for your case.
The US FDA tightly regulates stem cell therapies, and many programs available internationally have not yet received FDA approval for specific indications. This doesn't mean they're unsafe — it reflects different regulatory environments and timelines. Countries like Japan, South Korea, Cyprus, and Turkey operate under their own regulatory frameworks that permit certain regenerative programs to be offered in structured clinical settings. Patients travel abroad to access programs that aren't yet available — or are prohibitively expensive — in their home country.
MyMediTour only works with clinics that have been vetted for safety standards, physician qualifications, clinical protocols, and patient transparency. Our partner hospitals include JCI-accredited facilities and specialized centers with demonstrated track records in international patient care. We do not work with unverified clinics or providers who cannot document their processes and medical team credentials. If a clinic can't answer basic questions about their protocols, we don't refer patients to them.
That's a real possibility, and we'll tell you honestly. Not every condition, and not every patient, qualifies for stem cell programs. Factors like age, disease progression, current medications, prior surgeries, and overall health all influence eligibility. If the specialist team determines you're not a candidate, we will let you know clearly — and may be able to suggest alternative options through MyMediTour's other coordination services.
Program durations vary by condition and clinic. Most stem cell programs for neurological or chronic conditions range from 7 to 21 days — some are concentrated over one or two weeks, while more intensive programs for complex neurological conditions may include rehabilitation phases that extend the stay. Your coordinator will walk you through the recommended timeline for your specific case after the initial evaluation.
No. MyMediTour is a medical tourism facilitator — we coordinate, guide, and support. All procedures are performed by licensed physicians at our partner facilities. All medical decisions are made by the treating team, not by MyMediTour. Our role is to help you understand what's available, connect you with the right specialists, handle logistics, and make sure you're informed at every step. We never override medical decisions made by your providers.
